Monika Cichoszewska is a member of the Association of Polish Art Photographers. 

She photographs with traditional cameras, camera obscura and #haruhisacamera. A special place in her field of interest is the XIX century wet collodion technique, which sh chose as her medium of artistic expresions. In her work, she refers to "the problem of death in the sense of returning to nature, to the primordial world, the desire to identify with nature" and transience. She photographs the volcanic "landscape and its structures, which serve to create visual arrangements, referring to geometric and non-geometric abstractions" (Krzysztof Jurecki) 

In 2017, she was among those chosen as a laureate of the international competition DEBUTS 2017, in 2021 the main prize winner of the the Centre of Contemporary in Torun (CoCA), in 2023 3rd place Vintage Grand Prix Bydgoszcz, in 2024 received honorable mention in the 13th Biennale of Mountain Photography and in 2021 in FotoOpen.  Her two series were presented during the Festival of Photography Plener in Żory #oczomniewierzę, #kobietyfotografii. She took part in an exhibition in Lille at the Maison de la Photographie Gallery, in 19 individual exhibitions and over 70 collective exhibitions in Poland, the USA, Portugal, German and Spain.

Monika est membre de l'Association des Photographes d'art Polonais.

Elle photographie avec des appareils traditionnels, des sténopés et de #haruhisacamera. Une place particulière dans son domaine d'intérêt est la technique du collodion humide du XIXe siècle, qu'elle a choisi comme moyen d'expression artistique. Dans sa création, elle fait référence au "problème de la mort dans le sens du retour à la nature, au monde primordial, au désir de s'identifier à la nature et à la fugacité". Elle photographie le "paysage volcanique et ses structures, qui servent à créer des arrangements visuels, se référant à des abstractions géométriques et non géométriques". (Krzysztof Jurecki)

En 2017, elle a fait partie des lauréats DEBUTS 2017, en 2021 elle a été lauréate du prix principal du Centre de Photographie Contemporaine de Torun (CoCA), en 2023 la 3-eme place du Grand Prix Vintage Photo Festival de Bydgoszcz, en 2024, j'ai recu le Mention Honorable à la 13 Biennale de Photographie de Montagne et en 2021 à FotoOpen. Mes deux séries ont été présentées lors du Festival de Photographie Plener à Żory #oczomniewierzę, #kobietyfotografii. J'ai participé à l' exposition à Lille à la galerie Maison de la Photographie, à 19 expositions individuelles et à plus de 70 expositions collectives en Pologne, États-Unis, Portugal , Allemande et Espagne.
